Positions Currently Available:

Restaurant Managers/Assistant Managers

Experience with high volume a la carte restaurants, hands on approach and good communication skills. Responsible for a large team and to provide the best dining experience for our guests.

Chefs

All grades and sections including Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Larder, Sauce and Grill. Experience in a fast pace quality kitchen is required.

Apprentices

All years, some experience preferred.

Host/Hostess

Professional, well presented and experienced host/hostess required for one of our busiest restaurants. You will be the face of the restaurant and will welcome and seat guests and look after special requirements, as well as building relationships with our regular guests.

Wait/Bar Staff

Experienced & professional Wait Staff and Bar Staff are required in some of our restaurants. RSA is essential. We are looking for long term commitment and availability across a seven day roster up to 38hrs a week. This excludes people on limited travel or student Visas.
